Living Space

When we purchased the house this room was used as a dinning room. The original floors were covered in blue and pink carpet. After removing the carpet we found hardwood that seemed to be in good condition, but there was one corner that had water damage so we replaced all the floors. We also refurbished the fireplace and added gas logs. Other than that all the space needed was a good coat of paint.....

2362 Springhill Avenue

We bought the house in 2005 as a fixer upper. It was built in 1897. The original house was a 7 bedroom and 3 bath. We then converted it to a 5 bedroom and 4 bath home. While living in Birmingham, Kane lived here with 3 roomates, so now I am taking on the HOUSE and getting back to feeling like a HOME. And this is my journey..................
